Keely is a photorealist artist who creates custom artwork rooted in personal stories, memories, and meaningful moments. The goal of the session was to create brand imagery that introduced both the artist and the process behind her work—allowing potential clients to connect with the person creating the pieces, not only the finished artwork.
Challenge
Keely’s work is deeply personal, but simply photographing completed pieces wouldn’t fully communicate what makes her brand distinct. Her imagery needed to show her as the artist while also capturing the creative process, craftsmanship, and emotional connection behind each piece.
Creative Direction Concept
GBM Studio developed a visual direction centered around Keely in her creative environment. Finished artwork, easels, and elements of her process were incorporated throughout the shoot to create imagery that felt natural to her work while giving her a stronger presence within the brand. The final images gave her a mix of personal brand portraits and storytelling assets she could use to visually communicate both who she is and what she creates.
